BASEBALL/SOFTBALLPitch, Hit and Run in Hancock
ConVal Cal Ripken will host a Pitch, Hit and Run competition on May 6 at Hancock’s Moose Brook Park.
Pitch, Hit and Run is the official skills competition of Major League Baseball. The grassroots program is designed to provide youngsters with an opportunity to compete, free of charge, in a competition that recognizes core baseball/softball skills. Participants compete in either the Baseball Division or Softball Division and have the opportunity to advance through four levels of competition including Locals, Sectionals, Team Championships and the National Finals during MLB All-Star Week.
All participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate and their parent or guardian must sign a registration/waiver form before the start of competition.

All participants are encouraged to bring a canned good to donate to ConVal’s End 68 Hours of Hunger program.
