TUESDAY, AUG. 22

Arrest: At 12:30 a.m., police arrested Michael Brown, 50, of Methuen, Massachusetts, on a charge of DWI. Police observed that Brown almost sideswiped a vehicle downtown. On downtown cameras, Brown can be seen confronting the subject and retrieving a firearm from his car shortly after the other motorist left the area, police say. Brown admitted to police that he was driving while impaired. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and given a Sept. 14 court date. 

Arrest: At 5:30 p.m., Nicole E. Sangermano, 39, of Jaffrey, turned herself in on a warrant for exception for persons learning to drive, allowing an improper person to operate, and disobeying an officer. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and given an Oct. 12 court date. 

THURSDAY, AUG. 24

Arrest: At 12:43 a.m., police issued a must appear summons to Allison Quigley, 29, of Medway, Massachusetts, on a charge of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs: marijuana, as well as town ordinance violations for an open container and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a citation for possession of marijuana. Police also issued a must appear summons to Christopher Hildreth, 26, of Jaffrey, on a charge of criminal trespass. Both were given an Oct. 12 court date.

Motor vehicle complaint: At 2 p.m., police received a report that a Fitzwilliam resident’s car door was damaged in the Jaffrey-Rindge Middle School parking lot. Video footage shows a juvenile male exit a vehicle and striking the door, causing a small scratch in the paint. 

Arrest: At 6:56 p.m., police arrested Tiffany A. Bellerose, 42, of Jaffrey, on charges of DWI, driving after revocation or suspension, and transportation of liquor. She was transported to the House of Corrections to be held until her arraignment the next day after refusing to cooperate with the booking process. 

SATURDAY, AUG. 26

Arrest: At 3:30 p.m., John W. Knightly, 49, of Jaffrey, turned himself in on a warrant charging him with two charges of second degree assault. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and given a Sept. 14 court date. 

Arrest: At 1 p.m., Victor P. Bruno, 28, of Jaffrey, turned himself in on a bench warrant. He was released on personal recognizance bail and given an Oct. 12 court date. 

SUNDAY, AUG. 27

Arrest: At 2:25 a.m., police issued a must appear summons to Danielle Santuccio, 38, of Conway, on a charge of driving after revocation or suspension. She was given an Oct. 12 court date. 

Arrest: At 11:45 a.m., police issued a must appear summons to Trevor Kalafus, 21, of Pomfret Center, Connecticut, on a charge of personal possession of marijuana. 

Accident: At 3:11 p.m., police responded to an accident on Poole Road, involving a 2005 Acura MDX, driven by a 17-year-old male from Derry, that struck a tree. A 17-year-old female from Chester was also a passenger in the vehicle. The passenger was transported to the hospital as a precuation due to chest and neck pain. The car was towed. 

Violation: At 10:40 p.m., police issued a town ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia to John M. Greco, 50 ,of Jaffrey.
