DAYTON, Ohio — Sarah Smith Fredette, 89, of River Isles in Bradenton, Fla., passed away in Dayton on May 21, 2010 after a brief illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband, E. Francis Fredette, formerly of Rindge and Gardner, Mass.

She is survived by two sons; Russell Fredette (Theresa), of Dayton and Edward Fredette of South Grafton, Mass.; five grandchildren, Kurt and Kathy Fredette of Ann Arbor, Mich., Kelly Fredette of Dayton, Michael and Evan Fredette of South Grafton, Mass.; one great-granddaughter, Arianna.

Mrs. Fredette was a registered nurse and graduated from New England Deaconess Hospital.

Services in care of Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel. Committal will be in Rindge at a later date.
