The Cheshire Children’s Museum, located at the Colony Mill Marketplace, is striving to offer both a consistent schedule of events along with some unique monthly events.

Weekly activities include Wednesday Workshop featuring a self-directed craft project parents can enjoy with their children, and Fun Fridays at 10:30 a.m. with stories, songs, finger play and a craft highlighting a child-friendly theme.

May 2, from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. will feature “Live Pets at the Vets” with the Monadnock Humane Society. Learn about the society’s mission, how to care for a pet and snuggle with a kitten, puppy or bunny.

May 3, the museum will remain open until 7 p.m. with admission $3 after 5 p.m. The evening will offer Lego Night with activities and challenges. Saturday, May 4, the museum will host Sensory Saturdays for families of children with autism.
