A Hutter Construction worker and onlookers watch through an alleyway as the back of the old Park Theatre is demolished on Tuesday. The theater will be rebuilt with a $2 million construction loan from the USDA Rural Development Facilities Committee program.

An architectural rendering from BKA Architects of Brockton, Mass., shows what the newly constructed Park Theatre will look like. It is expected to be rebuilt by spring 2016.

The front of the old Park Theatre comes down in the final steps of demolition Tuesday morning. The demolition was done by Hutter Construction, and it was funded through $100,000 in local business donations that made the theater eligible for $200,000 in tax credits from the N.H. Community Development Finance Authority.
