RiverMead names new CEO

RiverMead retirement community in Peterborough has named William H. James, Jr. as its chief executive officer.

James brings more than 22 years of leadership experience in continuing care retirement communities, most recently serving as the executive director of Foxdale Village in State College, Pa. He is a licensed nursing home administrator in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In addition to his background in the daily management of organizations like RiverMead, James has overseen the development and implementation of strategic plans that ultimately resulted in the successful expansion of several communities. He will work with The RiverMead team to open the new neighborhood, The Village, in April.
