Health care talk at Monadnock Center

The Monadnock Center for History and Culture will hold the first in a new series, Community Conversation, on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Bass Hall, with Monadnock Community Hospital’s CEO Peter Gosline and Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Schlegelmilch, for a conversation about the new trends in health care.

Gosline and Schlegelmilch will share their perspectives on how we can improve the health and wellness of our community, while controlling costs and continuing to provide high quality care. Following their remarks, the floor will open for a conversation moderated by Laura Gingras, Monadnock Hospital’s vice president of Philanthropy and Community Relations.

Community Conversations is a new program series examining contemporary issues that impact our community. Each Community Conversation will feature local experts talking about local challenges and solutions. The free programs will begin with a 20 to 30 minute presentation by a local expert or panel of experts, followed by a moderated discussion.
