Artifacts and folk art from the vibrant indigenous cultures of North, Central and South America, among them the Inuit of northern Canada and Alaska, the
Hopi of the southwestern US, the Mayan peoples of Guatemala and Mexico
and the Quechua of the Andes, will be exhibited throughout the museum.
Featured will be ceremonial objects, kachina dolls, textiles and
clothing, musical instruments, ceramics and cradleboards loaned by local
collectors and from the museum's permanent collection.
