14-day meditation course available

Many people challenge our muscles and build strength in our bodies daily, but for optimum overall fitness and health exercise of the mind is also needed. Learn and practice the best mind exercise there is; meditation.

During this a 14-day experience held at the Bond Wellness Center, you will receive a short guided meditation to follow daily as well as three classes to attend.

No previous experience in meditation is needed to attend. For those who have gotten out of the habit of meditating and want to re-start a practice, this is a chance to begin again. The class will be taught by Janet Archer, a Yoga and Meditation teacher at the Wellness Center, as well as a certified Life Coach, who created the Thought Cleanse. Classes will be held Wednesdays 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 29, Feb. 5 and Feb. 12 as well as Fridays at 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 31, Feb. 7 and Feb. 14.

Cost for the class is $50 for Wellness Center Members and $59 for non-members. Call the wellness center at 924-4650 ext. 8 to register.
