Monday, Feb. 10

Harassment: At 8 p.m., police received a report from a North Bennington Road resident about some harassing phone calls. Police made contact with the person making the calls. After speaking to both parties, police say there have been no further issues.

Wednesday, Feb. 12

Neighbor dispute: At 1 a.m., police spoke to two Route 202 residents regarding one neighbor allegedly pushing snow onto the property of the other. The situation was handled without incident.

Thursday, Feb. 13

911 call: At 5:30 p.m., police received an emergency 911 call from an Antrim Road resident. Investigation revealed that the call was made by accident by a young child.

Friday, Feb. 14

Check welfare: At 10 a.m., police were asked to check the welfare of a Dodge Hill Road resident. He was found to have been admitted to the hospital, but was doing fine.

Saturday, Feb. 15

Protective custody: At 1:10 a.m., after responding to a domestic disturbance at an Onset Road resident police took Carey Holter, 32, of Bennington,into protective custody for alleged intoxication and disorderly conduct. Charges are pending at this time because police allegedly found additional information following the initial incident. At this point the investigation continues.

Harassment: At 3 p.m., police investigated a report of harassing phone calls from an Onset Road resident. The situation was handled without further incident.

Sunday, Feb. 16

Civil: At 5:30 p.m., police assisted in returning a dog to its owner. The incident revolves around a domestic issue.
