Monday, Feb. 10

Arrest: At 10:53 p.m., as the result of a motor vehicle stop, Officer Jeremy LeBlanc learned the driver had a suspended license. Michelle A. Pratt, 42, of Jaffrey was arrested and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and stop sign/yield sign violation. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance with a March 6 court date at 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey.

Tuesday, Feb. 11

Arrest: At 1:05 a.m., Leblanc stopped a 2013 Ford Focus for a motor vehicle violation and allegedly detected the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver allegedly admitted to being in possession of marijuana. David Loeum Ros Roeun, 22, of Sharon was arrested and charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to use required turn signals. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance with a March 6 court date at 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey.

Arrest: At 5:46 p.m., Officer Thomas Bishop stopped a 2004 Chevy Classic for defective equipment and learned the driver had allegedly consumed alcoholic beverages. Sandra Elrick, 50, of New Ipswich agreed to perform field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested and charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance with a March 20 court date.

Wednesday, Feb. 12

Accident: At 3:19 p.m., Officer Scott Stevens responded to Main Street near Prospect Street for a motor vehicle accident. A short school bus, driven by Steven French of Rindge, was pulling out from an apartment complex onto Main Street and allegedly failed to yield to an eastbound 2002 Chevy Cavalier, driven by Tracey Marcinkiewicz of Jaffrey. French told police he did not see the car and that his mirror might have blocked the car out. There was minor damage to both vehicles, which were driven away.

Arrest: At 8:26 p.m., Stevens responded to a North Street apartment for a report of a domestic disturbance. The female present stated there was a physical altercation with Baudler as the aggressor. The female had minor wounds. Jacob Earnest Baudler, 27, of Jaffrey was arrested and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief — vandalism. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance with a March 6 court date. He then was transported to House of Corrections for protective custody as he was intoxicated and could not find anyone to pick him up.

Friday, Feb. 14

Arrest: At 11:55 p.m., Leblanc stopped a 1997 Toyota Camry for a motor vehicle violation and ran a records check on the driver. Dylan P. Leone, 21, of Tewsbury, Mass., was issued a must appear summons for operating without a valid license. He was scheduled to appear at 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey, on March 6. A passenger, Kelsey Senior, 20, of Rindge, drove the vehicle after Leone’s release.

Saturday, Feb. 15

Arrest/warrant: At 2:50 a.m., while on patrol Leblanc observed a vehicle with Bryan O’Sullivan, 26, of Medway, Mass., as a passenger, who was recognized from prior police contacts. O’Sullivan was arrested on an outstanding electronic bench warrant out of the 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance with a new court date of March 6.

Arrest: At 11:52 a.m., while on patrol Officer Christopher LaBrecque pulled over a 2011 Toyota Venza for uninspected vehicle. As a result of a records check, the driver, Keith Louis Spano, 37, of Jaffrey, was arrested and charged with failure to obey inspection requirements and suspended registration. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance with a March 6 court date at 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey.

Sunday, Feb. 16

Arrest: At 1:18 a.m., Leblanc stopped a 1993 Saturn SL1 for a motor vehicle violation and while speaking with the driver and passenger allegedly discovered multiple drug items and alcohol in the vehicle. Benjamin Miller, 18, of Jaffrey was arrested and charged with transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor and possession of drugs in motor vehicle. Denyel Megan Chalke, 21, of Jaffrey was arrested and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. They were each released on $1,500 personal recognizance with March 6 court dates at 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey.

Arrest: At 10:37 p.m., as the result of a motor vehicle stop Leblanc learned the driver had been drinking. Taylor Robin McKenna, 20, of Quincy, Mass., was arrested and charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and solid line violation. Samantha Caruso, 21, of Burlington, Mass., Brendan Glynn, 20, of Quincy, Mass., and Michael Marchionda, 21, of Hyde Park, Mass., were arrested and charged with intoxication and taken into protective custody. McKenna was released on $3,500 personal recognizance with a March 6 court date at 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey.

Monday, Feb. 17

Accident: At 4:03 p.m., police received a report of a vehicle damaged in a business parking lot. Troy Demmons, 17, of Jaffrey returned to his parked vehicle after five minutes and discovered damage to the driver’s side of his mother’s car. Stevens responded and photographed the car. It appears to have some yellow paint transfer.

Arrest: At 5:17 p.m., Bishop stopped a 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck for traveling the wrong way on Charlonne Street. Bishop detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The driver, Stephen W. King, 55, of Keene, allegedly handed over a quantity of marijuana. King was arrested and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was released on a must appear summons.
