Area artists exhibit in craftsmen show

A fine craft exhibition entitled “Circles, Squares & Triangles: The Shape of Things to Come,” presented by the League of N.H. Craftsmen, will be opening Monday, July 7, at the Gallery at The Craft Center and the League’s headquarters.

The exhibit, offering a new perspective on the simple geometric shapes that we see in everyday life, is a multimedia show of the work of 63 master craftsmen — all juried members of the League.

Several area artists are represented in the exhibit: Jane Simpson of Dublin, Anne Behrsing of Francestown, and William Schnute of Wilton.

An opening reception will be held on Friday, July 11, from 5 to 7 p.m. and the exhibit will be open through Sept. 26.

For more information, contact the League at 224-3375, nhleague@nhcrafts.org, or visit www.nhcrafts.org.
