A call for veterans' stories
In honor of Veterans Day, which will be observed on Nov. 12, the Monadnock Ledger-Transcript is inviting readers to share stories of inspiration drawn from a veteran’s example of personal sacrifice. Or maybe you’d just like to offer words of gratitude to service members past and present. The responses we receive will be published on Nov. 8, either online or in print.
Email your tribute in 400 words or fewer to news@ledgertranscript.com, with Veterans Day in the subject line, by Nov. 5 at 10 a.m. for consideration. Include your name and town of residence as well as the name and residence of any veteran you’d like to acknowledge. Emailed photos will be considered.
