Drugs, firearms seized in New Ipswich arrest
Nicholas Perry, 27, of Mason Road in New Ipswich was arrested and charged with one count of intent to sell a narcotic drug after police seized four ounces of the narcotic drug Methamphetamine, a 40 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun, a 45 caliber H&K handgun with a silencer and ammunition. Scales, packaging materials and a money counter were also seized, according to state police.
Perry was held on $100,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment this morning at 8 a.m. at the Peterborough Jaffrey District Court.
According to a press release, the arrest followed a month-long investigation that included the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit, and the Manchester Police Departments Special Investigations Unit and the New Ipswich Police Department.
