To the editor:

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for N.H. Congressman Charlie Bass’ office, particularly to Leigh Ann Shriver, coordinator of Military and Veterans Issues, for aiding my research of my father’s history as a POW in World War II.

Ms. Shriver and her team of interns were able to uncover details for me of his internment and liberation, and their efforts have deepened my appreciation of his service. Thank you.
