Underscore Orkestra playing March 28 in Peterborough
The Underscore Orkestra will be at Harlow’s Pub on March 28, at 9 p.m.
The group has toured essentially non-stop for more than seven years now through the U.S., Canada, Europe and Central America playing a mix of traditional Balkan, klezmer, gypsy jazz, early swing tunes and original songs that seem penned by a much older soul.
The Underscore Orkestra has received grants in support of touring and album production from the nonprofit World Folk Traditions, an organization dedicated to the development and preservation of world folk traditions through music, dance and performance.
The performance is $8 and open to all ages.
