Mason Police log: April 4, 2013
Saturday, March 23
Warrant: At 3:20 p.m., police received a report that a Nashua resident attempting to purchase a firearm at the State Line Gun Shop was discovered to have an active electronic bench warrant for his arrest during a standard gun line background check. The Nashua resident was advised there was a delay on the check for purchase. When police arrived, the Nashua resident had left the premises.
Monday, March 25
Assist: At 5:33 p.m., police assisted Brookline Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services with a request for assistance for an ill person at an Old Ashby Road residence. Police assisted and cleared the scene without incident.
Wednesday, March 27
Found Property: At 1 p.m., while working on Old Ashby Road near the airport, a Mason Highway Department employee found a glass marijuana pipe with residue in it on the side of the road, and turned it in to police. Police destroyed the pipe.
Friday, March 29
Arrest: At 2 p.m., police arrested Michael Adams, 22, of Pepperell, Mass., and charged him with the transportation of a controlled drug, believed to be marijuana, on Townsend Road. Police also arrested Brian Damouras, 23, and Joshua Chisholm, 23, both of Pepperell, Mass, and charged both with possession of a controlled drug believed to be marijuana. All three were released on personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment at the Milford District Court on April 15 at 8:30 a.m.
