Wildlife species  focus of garden talk

The Francestown Garden Club will meet April 23 at 7 p.m. at the Community Church. The program will feature Cynthia Nichols of UNH Cooperative Extension Service. Her talk is on “Birds, Bats & Butterflies,” with a subtopic of “Keeping Common Wildlife Common.”

This talk highlights a dozen wildlife species commonly seen in NH and the need to be aware and observant if these species are to be with us for a long time in the future. Learn cool animal facts and find out about how the diverse mix of habitats in our region supports these species.

Admission is free and all are welcome.
