Friday, June 7

Accident: At 3:32 a.m., police responded to a single-car crash on Route 101 near Dublin Lake. Zachary Buckley, 24, of Freedom, Maine, was driving a 2000 Subaru Legacy eastbound on Route 101 when he fell asleep at the wheel and struck several rocks and trees, police said. There were no reported injuries. The vehicle was towed.

Thursday, June 13

Burglary: At 3:41 p.m., police responded to a burglary alarm at an Old Marlborough Road residence. Police determined that someone had gained entry into the home through an open window, but left once the alarm sounded. A small amount of cash was taken from inside the residence. The case remains under investigation.

Friday, June 14

Accident: At 6:11 p.m., police responded to a two-car crash on Route 101. Spencer Willette, 21, of Swanzey was driving a 1997 Honda Civic westbound on Route 101 when police say his view of the road was obstructed by a tractor-trailer that was turning at the intersection of Route 101 and Route 137. Police said Willette struck a 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by Michael Peters, 53, of Geneseo, N.Y., who was driving eastbound on Route 101. There were no reported injuries. The motorcycle sustained moderate damage and was towed.

Sunday, June 16

Must appear: At 12:30 a.m., Nicholas Huntoon, 22, of Troy was issued a must appear summons for an open container violation. Police said they observed Huntoon fishing at a reservoir on Charcoal Road with an open container. He is scheduled to appear at the 8th Circuit Court in Jaffrey on Aug. 6.

Wednesday, June 19

Burglary: At 2:40 p.m., police received a report of a burglary at a home on Bolder Drive. Police said forced entry was used to gain access into the home sometime between June 8 and June 15, and that some copper pipping was stolen. The case is under investigation.
