Horse show Saturday at Touchstone Farm

Touchstone Farm is inviting riders to the first horse show of the season, Saturday.

The line-up of classes offers lots of choices for novice to advance riders, including: Lead Line, Walk Trot, and Walk Trot Canter; Hunter Pleasure and Equitation Classes; Hunter Derby; NHHJA and Downeast Medal classes; and Trail classes.

Ribbons and prizes will be awarded. Judges will be Jen Abott and Larissa Pratt.

Classes will begin at 9 a.m., with warm-ups available at 7:30 a.m. The full list of classes and the registration form are available at www.touchstone-farm.org. Registration by Friday is encouraged.

There is ample parking, and the event will go on rain or shine. Concessions will be provided by Elliott’s Place owned by Mike and. Cindi Connolly of Temple.

Breakfast, lunch, drinks, and Connolly’s ice cream will all be available for purchase at the event.

Touchstone Farm, home of Horse Power and Pony Farm, is a nonprofit educational and therapeutic organization that fosters a community of belonging for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
