Tennis

Lessons to be held at Adams Playground

The Peterborough Recreation Department is offering two more sessions of tennis lessons this summer.

The next session will be held July 22-25 and is open to beginner players. The last session of the summer will be held Aug. 5-8 and is for advanced beginners/intermediates.

The sessions are run Monday through Thursday with Friday designated as a make-up day for rain.

The lessons, held at the Adams Playground tennis courts, are open to players entering grades 1-9 this fall. Grades 1-3 will be held 8:45-9:30 a.m.. Grades 4-6 will be held at 9:45-10:45 a.m. and grades 7-9 will be 11 a.m.-noon.

The cost is $30 for residents and $50 for non-residents. The costs increase $5 after the session begins.
