Talk Sunday on  preparing for death

Lynn Robbins, an Associate Director at Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) in Peterborough, will discuss how to prepare for death at an informal talk Sunday at 3 p.m. Antrim Presbyterian Church.

She will explain planning for your family and yourself, including handouts describing legal paperwork forms that protect your wishes and rights. Because many people have difficulty talking about death and dying, she will offer suggestions for having conversations with family members, including young people, about important end of life decisions. Also she will speak of the ways that Hospice can help patients and their families have the best possible quality of life with as few symptoms as possible and a comfortable ending.
