Mason police logs: Aug. 1, 2013


Sunday, July 21

Alarm: At 2:23 p.m., while on patrol, police were asked to assist Hollis Police with an alarm activation at a Hollis residence. While en route, the alarm was cancelled by the homeowner, who reported that the alarm was activated in error while leaving the residence. Police arrived at the scene and checked that it was secure and no one was in the area.

Noise disturbance: At 10:21 p.m., a Depot Road resident reported gunshots in the area. Police arrived and did not hear any shots. Police monitored the area, but were unable to determine the source of the noise.

Friday, July 26

Assist: At 11:44 p.m., police assisted Brookline Police Department with traffic control on Old Milford Road during a medical call, due to the location of the residence near the crest of a hill and on a curve of the road. A woman was transported to St. Joseph Hospital for treatment, and Mason police cleared the scene.
