The man, David Gibson, 47, of Jaffrey, flagged the cruiser down, and he was taken into custody. The breach of bail was related to Gibson’s previous arrest on Sept. 5, when he violated bail conditions by going to a residence he was ordered not to enter. Due to the fact that there were no available bail commissioners, he was released with a court summons for Oct. 3.
