∎ ConVal senior Courtney Fisher picked up the win at a four-team meet at Milford on Tuesday. Rowan Wilson placed fourth, as the ConVal girls cross-country team took first place. Junior Andrew Hunt paced the boys, who took third as a team, by finishing third overall, while Joseph Bernstein took sixth.

∎ The ConVal girls soccer team took a 1-0 lead at the half on Tuesday at Keene behind a goal from sophomore Sarah Kolk, but the Blackbirds scored twice in the second half to hand the Cougars a 2-1 loss.

∎ Senior Taylor Boyd scored twice off assists from Ashlynn Wing and Sarah Letourneau and junior Dom Tarr made 22 saves, but it was not enough as the ConVal field hockey team fell to Milford 3-2 on Tuesday.

∎ ConVal senior Sam Cody shot a 2-over, 38 to earn medallist honors and classmate Ben Wescott was one shot back with a 39, but the Cougars lost both of their match-ups with Bishop Brady and Plymouth on Tuesday, finishing with a team score of 234.


∎ Mascenic junior Tim Fafard finished second at Sant Bani on Monday in 16 minutes and 50 seconds, just five seconds off the winning pace of Inter-Lakes’ Cam Daly. Sophomore Avery Traffie was 19th, as the Mascenic boys placed seventh as a team.

∎ Former ConVal standout Lauren Mackey scored the game-winner for Clark University with less than 10 minutes remaining in a 2-1 win over Nichols College on Tuesday.
