∎ ConVal women’s volleyball trounced Stevens on Monday night, winning 25-2, 25-10 and 25-6. Before the game, the Cougars honored seniors Sara Clemens, Ayo Guy-Scott, Cassandra Yerkes, Kacey Banuskevich, Dillon Thompson and Bryanna Lindsay. “It was very emotional for the entire team,” head coach Jenn Merrill said.

∎ ConVal’s boys soccer team lost 1-0 to Hollis-Brookline on Saturday. “It was a very even game with both teams having their opportunities to score,” interim coach Scott Daniels said. “We were very proud of the game we played and felt as though the match could have gone either way.” Hollis scored the lone goal off a corner kick in the first half of play.

∎ Conant cross-country runner Colby Whitcomb placed 4th in the boys division at the Hillcat Cross-country Invitational 5K last week, finishing with a time of 17:21. The top three slots went to Tristan Phillips of Fall Mountain, who won with a time of 16:53, Morgan Latham of Fall Mountain at 16:53 and Monadnock’s Gunner Hoffman at 16:54.

Two Oriole girls cracked the top ten as well; Shelby Somero finished 4th with a time of 22:14, behind Monadnock’s Kayla Blair at 19:48, Monadnock’s Alexis Cooke at 20:43 and Hillsboro-Deering’s Maggie Girard at 21:10. Conant’s Julia Trimble finished 10th with a time of 24:45.

∎ The Granite State Panthers beat the HHD Redhawks Sunday 27-0. The Panthers held the Redhawks to 140 yards of offense. Wide receiver Michael Phillips had three receptions for 82 yards with two touchdowns. Running back Josh Stevens ran for 107 yards, including a 40-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown.

The 3-2 Panthers take on the Seacoast Titans Saturday at 1 p.m.
