Talk on  “Remote Viewing”

Former TV producer Jim Rodger of Fitzwilliam will give a free talk on “The Mechanics of Remote Viewing” at the Jaffrey Civic Center on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.

Remote viewing is defined as the ability to access accurate data about any person, place or thing, anywhere in space or time through the use of higher consciousness. Though it has been practiced since ancient times to obtain information that would be difficult to access through ordinary means, documented use by military, corporate, industrial and private concerns have been increasingly evident since the 1950s, according to Rodger.

A remote viewing instructor who has been conducting workshops since 1997, Rodger says, “Remote viewing is a natural, God-given ability that we are all born with. Control elements of today’s culture often steer us away from developing these skills.... Learning remote viewing is like rehabilitating a weak muscle that hasn’t been used for a long time.”

The program is presented by Cutting Edge Forum, a monthly series of free talks and films at the Civic Center, 40 Main St. A question and answer session will follow. Donations are appreciated. For more information, call 585-3348, or visit ethericminds.com.
