Boys basketball drops road opener

The Dublin Varsity Boys Basketball team opened its season with a trip to Cardigan Mountain School. It started as a close game, but CMS pulled away and Dublin trailed by a significant amount by halftime. In the second half, led by an inspired run by junior Chad Foster, Dublin managed to pull within 7 points before the final buzzer rang. Dublin lost the game with the score of 42-35. Foster led the team in scoring with 13 points, and senior Ben Phillips contributed 11 points, with 9 of his points coming in the second half.
