Theft: A resident reported that back in September he did some excavation work after hauling several loads of material to a man’s house and the man never paid him. The man was contacted by Mason police and given until March 4 to pay $406.65, or a warrant would be sought.
Wednesday, Feb. 26
Livestock complaint: At 10:31 p.m., a motorist reported seeing a loose horse in the area of 200 Campbell Mill Rd. A Mason police officer patrolled the area and questioned several residents, but was unable to locate the animal.
