Wednesday, March 13
Arrest: At 7:20 p.m., police made a motor vehicle stop for speed on Route 101 near Old Common Road. The driver, Christopher R. Lefebvre, 33, of Scarborough, Maine, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension of license. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance with an April 2 court date at the 8th Circuit Court in Jaffrey.
Friday, March 15
Theft: At 5:15 p.m., police received a report of theft of cord wood from an Old Common Road resident. It is unclear how much wood was allegedly stolen, according to police. The case is under investigation.
Tuesday, March 19
Accident: At 11:45 a.m., police responded to a two-car crash at the intersection of Route 101 and Route 137. Allen Young, 65, of Antrim was plowing Route 137 with a 1987 10-wheel dump truck when he attempted to turn into the intersection and struck a 2000 GMC utility truck, driven by Andrew Graham, 42, of Francestown, who was directly behind Young’s vehicle, according to police. No one was injured and the vehicles were driven from the scene.
