Thursday, March 7

Road hazard: At 10:55 p.m., Officer Melissa Hetrick spotted a portion of a car bumper in the road on Route 202. She removed it from the roadway.

Friday, March 8

Loose horse: At 10:45 p.m., Officer John Minichiello was notified of a loose horse on Peterborough Road near Link Road. He located the horse and led it back to its barn.

Saturday, March 9

Assist: At 10:01 p.m., Hetrick assisted firefighters at a home on Forest Road. The house had filled with smoke after the homeowner started a fire in a fireplace, but there was no fire that needed to be extinguished.

Wednesday, March 13

Accident: At 11:25 p.m., Hetrick went to Bennington Road near Longview Road after a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Angela Millay, 33, of Gilsum hit a deer. Millay was not injured. The Jeep was towed.

Tuesday, March 19

Assist: At 12:24 p.m., Officer Frank Shea assisted a resident who was stuck in a driveway on Stoddard Road.

Wednesday, March 20

Assist: At 11:30 a.m., Shea assisted rescue workers at a residence on Reaveley Road. A person was taken to Monadnock Community Hospital.

Assist: At 12:48 p.m., Shea assisted a motorist whose vehicle had broken down on Old Dublin Road.
