DUBLIN — A Dublin contractor sustained non-life-threatening injuries, after falling 30 feet from a roof he was shingling Monday morning.

Greg Pease, 40, of Dublin slipped and fell off the roof of the Dublin Emmanuel Church parsonage at 18 Lehmann Way at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Monday, according to Police Chief Jim Letourneau.

Pease, who sustained a possible leg and head injury, was airlifted from Dublin School’s Memorial Field to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

Letourneau said Pease was conscious and talking to first responders after the fall, but he was flown by helicopter to Dartmouth-Hitchcock as a precaution.

There were no witnesses to the fall, according to Letourneau. “Someone heard [Pease] fall off the roof. It’s unclear how he fell,” Letourneau said.

Dublin police and firefighters, as well as a Peterborough Ambulance crew, responded to the scene.

Dublin Emmanuel Church is a seasonal Episcopal church located on the Dublin School campus, however it is not affiliated with the school.
