Man, 20, indicted on felony charge of reckless driving

ANTRIM — Travis Larouche, 20, has been indicted on a charge of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon for allegedly endangering his ex-girlfriend.

According to the indictment, Travis Larouche, 20, is accused of engaging in reckless conduct when he “drove a vehicle in a manner likely to result in a crash when he deliberately cut off a vehicle driven by his ex-girlfriend several times and then immediately slowed down in front of [her], requiring her to slam on her brakes to avoid a collision.” The vehicle is the alleged deadly weapon because it is “known to be capable of producing death or serious bodily injury,” according to the indictment.

He could face three and a half to seven years in prison for the felony charge and or $4,000 in fines, New Hampshire Superior Court staff said in an interview Wednesday. He will enter his plea at his arraignment scheduled for Feb. 21 at the Hillsborough County Superior Court North in Manchester, according to Superior Court staff.

The incident happened on Oct. 20, 2013, in Manchester, according to Superior Court staff.
