Bennington police log: April 10, 2014

Arrest: At 10:10 p.m., after police made a motor vehicle stop on Cross Street for excessive power and loud noise, police arrested Richard Duchesne, 27, of Nashua, and charged him with DWI. Duchesne was released on $1,000 personal recognizance with a court date of April 14 at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.
Tuesday, April 1
Arrest: At 9:30 p.m., police arrested Kurt Langley, 30, of Peterborough, and charged him with two counts of theft and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Incidences that occurred over a period of time in February and March in Bennington led to the arrest, police said. Langley allegedly stole or made fraudulent purchases from Harris’ Mini Mart and from the Ski Pro Shop at Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride. Peterborough police transported Langley from his residence on Glen Drive to the Bennington Police Department for booking and bail purposes. Police released Langley on $10,000 personal recognizance with a court date of June 4 at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.
Wednesday, April 2
Domestic: At 4:15 p.m., police received a report of a possible domestic disturbance involving occupants of a vehicle on Route 202. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
