Police Logs: Antrim - Nov. 1, 2012
Tuesday, Oct. 23
Assist: At 11:55 a.m., police assisted Antrim Rescue with an elderly female who had fallen at the post office and hit her head.
Assist: At 5 p.m., Antrim Fire Department was dispatched to a reported fire in the woods in the area of 76 Brimstone Corner Road. While police were en route, the Fire Department advised police that no fire had been located.
Wednesday, Oct. 24
Assist: At 9:50 p.m., police assisted Hancock police with a rollover accident with three victims involved on Route 202, south of the Route 137 intersection.
Thursday, Oct. 25
Arrest: At 10:30 a.m., Patrol officer Brian Lord stopped Alton Chandler, 73, of Keene, near Breazy Point on Keene Road. Lord charged Chandler with reckless operation and issued him a must appear summons to the Hillsborough District Court for Dec. 6.
Friday, Oct. 26
Assist: At 1:25 p.m., police assisted Hillsborough police in a search for a wanted suspect out of Manchester. The suspect was believed to have committed a homicide in Manchester. The suspect was not located and later turned himself in to Manchester police.
Sunday, Oct. 27
Arrest: At 5:03 p.m., Officer Lord arrested Stephen Wayne Moore, 26, of Ocala, Fla. and charged him with driving after revocation or suspension of his licence. Moore was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail with a Dec. 6 court date at the Hillsborough District Court.
