Saturday, Oct. 6

Arrest: At 10:17 a.m., police received a report of vehicle with a female driver speeding on Valley Road near the Depot Road intersection. The vehicle was located and the driver, Heather Brown of Milford, was arrested and charged with a motor vehicle violation and bail condition violation. The charge of violation of bail conditions was dropped and she was released on a summons for a motor vehicle violation.

Sunday, Oct. 7

911 hang-up: At 12:39 p.m., police responded to a Brookline Road business for a 911 hang-up call. Police checked the area. No emergency was found.

Thursday, Oct. 11

Arrest: At 8:14 p.m., Brett Mason, 33, of Greenville was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of drugs. He was released on personal recognizance with a Nov. 19 court date in Milford court.

Arrest: At 10:20 p.m., Marc Nixon was arrested and charged wtih two counts of simple assault, domestic violence related and criminal mischief. He was being held pending arraignment.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Alarm: At 1:42 p.m., police responded to a Turnpike Road business for an alarm while the business was open. The alarm system was faulty.

Assist other agency: At 2:26 p.m., police assisted the prosecutor for Mason police with a request for motor vehicle and criminal record checks for upcoming court hearings.

Sunday, Oct. 14

OHRV complaint: At 5 p.m., police received a complaint of two dirt bikes on Morse Road that appeared to be heading to the railroad bed. Police were unable to locate the dirt bikes.

Monday, Oct. 15

Check the welfare: At 2:15 p.m., police responded to a Lifeline alarm from a Greenville Road residence. Mason fire chief responded first and the alarm was canceled.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

Accident: 12:09 p.m., police responded to Russell Road for an accident. Ireen Vallery of Mason drove her Jeep Liberty into a small pond while accessing her driveway. No injuries were reported. The accident is under investigation.

Thursday, Oct. 18

Arrest: At 6:46 p.m., Timothy Woods, 27, of Fitchburg, Mass., was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance believed to be marijuana. He was released on personal recognizance with a Nov. 19 court date at Milford court.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Road hazard: At 1:55 p.m., police removed tire debris from the northbound lane of Route 31 near the Greenville town line.

OHRV complaint: At 2:20 p.m., police received a report from a Wilton Road resident regarding a yellow four-wheeler on the Mason Trail and proceeding toward Pratt Pond.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Assist other agency: At 8:45 a.m., police assisted Mason EMS and Brookline Ambulance at a Churchill Road residence for a woman who had fallen.

Tuesday, Oct. 23

Arrest: At 4:05 p.m., Jade Beaulieu, 25, of Greenville was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug believed to be heroin. She was held on cash bail at the Valley Street Jail pending arraignment.

Arrest: At 4:05 p.m., Elias Dawaley, 19, of Greenville was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug believed to be marijuana.

Wednesday, Oct. 24

Littering: At 9:10 a.m., police received a complaint from a Jeds Lane resident regarding trash and ad fliers ripped and lying along side the roadway.

Littering: At 9:25 a.m., police received a complaint from a Merriam Hill Road resident regarding trash, open cans and a donut box on the grass near the town gazebo.

Friday, Oct. 26

Arrest: At 9:35 p.m., Elais Johnson,21, of Greenville was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug believed to be marijuana. He was released on personal recognizance with a Nov. 19 court date at Milford court.
