Citizen information: At 6:14 p.m., a Pullman Road resident called with concerns of a neighbor doing target shooting, and inquired on the laws pertaining to target practice with firearms and distances from occupied buildings. Police confirmed no reckless conduct was taking place, and advised the resident of the relevant regulations.
Tuesday, April 9
Theft: At 6:45 p.m., a Reed Road resident reported that his green 1996 Subaru Legacy had been stolen from his property at some point during that day. Police opened an investigation.
Friday, April 12
Criminal trespass: At 7 p.m., a Hurricane Hill Road resident reported that upon returning home, it was discovered that the bulkhead door at his residence was open. No items were missing, but the family dog had been locked in the upstairs bedroom. The resident provided a written statement of events, and the investigation remains open.
