Tuesday, Sept. 10
Arrest: At 8:21 p.m., police received a call from a driver on Old Turnpike Road who said a car had gone off the road. The police responded to check on the vehicle’s passengers and determined the operator, Lisa Gilmore, 52, of Peterborough, to be intoxicated which resulted in the car going off the road. The police arrested her for DWI and reckless operation. Gilmore was booked and bailed on $1,000 personal recognizance with a court date of Sept. 19 at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.
Friday, Sept. 13
Arrest: At 5:04 p.m., police responded to a Main Street residence for a call of a reported domestic assault. Police arrested David Nichols, 34, of Antrim, and charged him with simple assault. Nichols was booked and bailed on $2,500 personal recognizance with a court date of Oct. 10 at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.
Saturday, Sept. 14
Arrest: At 1:03 a.m., police arrested Joseph Isaac, 30, of Antrim, and charged him with DWI and negligent driving after he was pulled over for severe lane control issues near Old Turnpike Road and Concord Street. Police transported Isaac to the Hillsborough Police Department for processing and Isaac refused to be bailed, sign any paperwork or be fingerprinted. Isaac reportedly called 911 twice while at the police station and his cell phone was confiscated. He was later transported to the Valley Street Jail to wait for his arraignment on Monday. According to the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough, on Tuesday, Isaac was booked and bailed on $500 personal recognizance with a court date of Dec. 12, at the Hillsborough court.
