Sunday, Oct. 20

Assist: At 6:57 a.m., police assisted rescue workers at a Reaveley Road address. An elderly person was taken to Monadnock Community Hospital.

Tuesday, Oct. 22

Check the welfare: At 1:50 p.m., Police Chief Andrew Wood went to a Forest Road residence to check on an elderly couple after a Meals on Wheels volunteer reported they didn’t come to the door. Wood spoke to a caretaker, who said the couple had left for the day.

Investigation: At 2:20 p.m., following a traffic stop on Forest Road, Wood opened a drug investigation. No arrests were made, but a vehicle was seized and a search warrant obtained. Wood said the vehicle was searched the following day and the investigation is ongoing.
