Nutrition talk at Monadnock Waldorf in Keene
Monadnock Waldorf School’s Nursery-Kindergarten is offering a series of talks by educators and specialists on three consecutive Mondays, beginning March 11 from 8:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Nursery-Kindergarten, 424 Old Walpole Rd. These talks are free and open to the public; all are welcome.
On March 11, Sandra Littel will present “Real Foods = Real Nutrition: How to Tell a Real Food from a Fake.” Littel will discuss harmful ingredients into our food supply, and what you can do right now for your own protection and good health.
