Halloween candy drop-off set for library

Throughout the month of October, Antrim is collecting candy donations for downtown residents to distribute on Halloween. The James A. Tuttle Library has agreed to be a drop-off point for candy donations. Please drop off your trick or treat donations to the James A. Tuttle Library. Candy should be wrapped in unopened bags.

If you are a downtown resident who would like to request candy to distribute on Halloween, visit or call the library at 588-6786 to be added to the list. Then, one week before Halloween, the library will contact you to come pick up your candy. It will be divided equally between all participants.

Every Halloween, downtown Antrim residents distribute candy to over 200 children. The downtown area is the fun, safe place to bring your family for trick or treating, and a candy drive makes this accessible to more families. For questions, contact the Antrim Recreation Department at 588-3121.
