Grapevine art show will be held Saturday
The fourth annual Black Fly Community Art Show will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Grapevine.
The show features the artwork of local children and youth, including children from Grapevine programs, Antrim Elementary School, Hillsborough-Deering Elementary School, and ConVal High School. A handful of local adult artists have also agreed to show selected works.
There will be arts and crafts stations for hands-on art making, with opportunities to create a piece of art to take home, face painting and a large community painting project. Both children and adults are invited. Antrim potter Brian Murphy will be on hand again this year to throw ceramic family heirloom platters with hand prints.
For more information, call the Grapevine at 588-2620 and ask for Beth. The Grapevine is a nonprofit service organization located behind the Tuttle Library in Antrim and serving the residents of Antrim, Hancock, Bennington, Francestown and nearby towns.
