Sunday, Dec. 8

Assist another agency: At 4:35 p.m., police assisted Francestown Rescue on Woodward Hill Road.

Monday, Dec. 9

Accident: At 7:38 a.m., police responded to a car that slid off the road on the 2nd N.H. Turnpike North near Gillis Hill Road. Police say the vehicle was pulled out of the snow with no damage and was driven away.

Suspicious vehicle: At 4:01 p.m., police received a call about a suspicious vehicle on Dodge Hill Road that had since left the area.

Tuesday, Dec. 10

Scam: At 2:24 p.m., police received a report from a Campbell Hill Road resident of a phone scam. The caller was attempting to gain personal information from the resident.

Wednesday, Dec. 11

Accident: At 4:26 p.m., police assisted the Bennington police at Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride with an incident involving two people, a mother and daughter, who had fallen from a ski lift chair.

Sunday, Dec. 15

Theft: At 10:31 a.m., police took a report of theft of a Christmas wreath taken from the Francestown Fire Station some time during the previous night.

Accident: At 3:52 p.m., police responded to a single-car crash on New Boston Road near Scoby Road. Police said Courtney Shaw, 25, of Francestown lost control of a Ford Ranger pickup and hit a fence and tree. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
