Bennington: Gift card scam targets residents

A postcard-based scam has been discovered in Bennington by Police Chief Steve Campbell. According to Campbell, scam artists send “postcard-type notifications” out advising people they are eligible for $100 in gift savings at Wal-Mart or Target.
