Concert, auction to benefit family displaced by fire

A concert and silent auction to benefit the Landis family, who recently lost their home in a fire, will be held at DelRossi’s Trattoria on Sunday.

Local musicians will gather for an afternoon of continual live music, includingjazz,folk, and Celtic, and ending with a group finale.

Musicians performing from noon to 4 p.m. include the Danny Soloman Band with Judy Blake and Kenny Hamshaw, Leslie Vogel with Fred and Becky Simmons, John Mims, Samuel, Sarah, and Rachel Foucher, Tad Dreis, Ken and Pati Cloutier with special guest Richard Doherty, Ildi Ingraham, Anne Thomas Band with Matt Harris, Carl Jacobs, and special guestMike Wakefield, Diane Stolar and John Sepe, and Callie Cornell with Laurie Fisher Donahue and Dave Schrader.

Mary Desrosiers will be the madam of ceremonies.

A silent auction will be held from noon to 3 p.m. with approximately 20 special items, from services and certificates from the health and healing community to craftsfrom local artisans.

The restaurant will be in ‘open house’ mode with all welcome.

A lighter fare menu with house special creations will be offered until 4 p.m. and the bar will be open.
