Wednesday, Sept. 25
Runaways: At 10 a.m., police received a report of two juvenile runaways from Phoenix House Academy. Two girls had left the treatment program by car, and were subsequently located in Derry, where they were picked up by their juvenile probation officer and brought back to the Academy.
Sunday, Sept. 29
Car accident with deer: At 2:15 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 101 near Bernier Lane. The driver, Nicola Fraley, 36, of Peterborough, was traveling eastbound one Route 101 when she struck a deer as it ran into the road. The vehicle was driven away from scene, and no injuries were reported.
Friday, Oct. 11
Suspended license: At 12:00 p.m., police stopped a vehicle they knew to be driven by a man with a suspended license. Timothy, H. O’Connell, 47, of Dublin, was traveling in a 2008 Ford F150 on Church Street when he was stopped, arrested, and charged with driving under suspension for reciprocity, since his license was suspended in an unidentified state in May 2012. O’Connell was released on $500 personal recognizance and issued a Dec. 3 court date at 8th District Court, Jaffrey.
Saturday, Oct. 12
Theft: At 1:50 p.m., police received a report of a stolen chainsaw piece from a construction site in Dublin. The alleged theft occurred between 2 p.m. on Oct. 10 and 9 a.m. on Oct. 11, where it is believed to have been taken from inside of an excavator, according to police. The case is still under investigation.
