Dakota Rathburn, 20, of Jaffrey, conduct after an accident, $848 with $600 suspended for 24 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies, and no violations for serious habitual offender matters and restitution not to exceed $1,975.72 to be determined by the court or agreement.

New Ipswich police

Lisa M. Blais, 18, of New Ipswich, transporting drugs, $1,284 with $850 suspended for 24 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies, and no violations for serious matters and license revoked for 60 days; possession of marijuana, charges not carried forward.

David Kraemer, 17, of New Ipswich, criminal mischief, $524 with $400 suspended for 24 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies, and no violations for serious matters and payment of restitution of $75 to company by Jan. 3, with proof to New Ipswich Police Department. Fine may be paid by 17 hours of community service with proof to court by Jan. 3.

Peterborough police

Sherri R. Tassi, 30, of Nashua, two counts of DWI, $620 and license revoked for 9 months; transportation of alcoholic beverage, concurrent with other charges.

Rindge police

Alicia M. Boudreau, 25, of Gardner, Mass., willful concealment, $524, with $400 suspended for 12 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies, and no violations for serious matters; willful concealment, $548 with $300 suspended for 24 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies and no violations for serious matters and no entrance onto the premises of any New Hampshire Walmart store.

Rebeccah L. Bryant, 18, of New Ipswich, willful concealment, $560 with $250 suspended for 12 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies, and no violations for serious matters and no entrance onto the premises of any New Hampshire Walmart store.

Cassandra Enright, 21, of Winchendon, Mass., possession of marijuana, $434.

Samantha Fournier, 18, of Winchendon, Mass., possession of marijuana, $434 and driving rights revoked for 60 days effective Jan. 8; endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, to be continued on Jan. 7, 2015.

Erica J. Paul, 25, of Winchendon, Mass., willful concealment — removing from premises of merchant, $620 and restitution of $29.68 to Walmart by Dec. 20, 2013, at court.
