Two charged in ConVal burglary
PETERBOROUGH — Two men are facing burglary charges after they allegedly broke into ConVal High School and the concession stands and food storage sheds on school grounds on more than one occasion.
Sean LaChance, 23, of Peterborough was arrested on Oct. 11 by Peterborough police. Tyler D. Lundstrom, 20, of Concord was arrested on Oct. 24 by Concord police on a Peterborough warrant. Both men are being charged with burglary, a Class B felony.
According to Peterborough Police Capt. Ernie Belletete, a number of items were reported missing from the school, starting in July, and the school concession stand was broken into in September. Belletete said food was taken, as well as gas and gas cans from the maintenance shed. Investigation into those events led police to charge LaChance and Lundstrom.
Belletete said the incidents are still under investigation and additional burglary charges may be filed.
LaChance was released on $10,000 personal recognizance with a court date on Nov. 4 in 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey. Lundstrom was released on $50,000 personal recognizance with a Dec. 2 court date in 8th Circuit Court.
