Greenfield police

Terry L. Flagg, 53, of Greenfield, possession of marijuana, defendant appeared for trial and when told that a continuance would not be granted, left the court house and failed to return. A bench warrant was issued with bail set at $500 cash.

Hancock police

Max Gershfield, 22, of Bennington, penalties, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, $434; open container, $100; possession of marijuana, dismissed at the State’s request.

Jaffrey police

John Bishop, 20, of Jaffrey, unlawful possession of alcohol, $744 to be paid through the Department of Corrections and recommended license suspension; criminal mischief, commitment to the House of Correction for 90 days to begin following trial and consecutive to convictions in any other court and restitution of $70 to John Sampini to be paid through the Department of Corrections; criminal trespass, same disposition as other charge and concurrent therewith.

Cody Clark, 25, of New Ipswich, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, commitment to the House of Correction for 360 days with 180 deferred for 12 months then suspended for 24 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies and no violations for serious or alcohol-related matters and completion of LADC or Impaired Driver Care Management Program and compliance with all recommendations, with credit for 95 days pre-trial time served; DWI, time payment to be arranged on the first business day following release from incarceration; disobeying an officer, commitment to the House of Correction for 30 days, concurrent with other commitment sentence; driving after suspended privileges, commitment to the House of Correction for 30 days, concurrent with other commitment sentence.

Santos Sola, 21, of Jaffrey, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, $386 with $200 suspended and 360 days commitment to the House of Correction with 356 suspended for 12 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies and no violations for serious matters. Four days to be served but with credit for four days served prior to disposition and defendant placed on probation for 12 months; no revocation ordered; default of breach of bail conditions, complaint placed on file without finding.

New Ipswich police

Cody Clark, 25, of New Ipswich, operating after license suspension, $2,120 with $1,500 suspended and commitment to the House of Correction for 360 days all suspended for 36 months on the condition of no further misdemeanors or felonies and no violations for serious matters.

Tyler Savoie, 18, of Greenville, unlawful possession, case dismissed at the State’s request.

Peterborough police

Brady Eastes, 20, of Peterborough, DWI, $620 and driver’s license revoked for 12 months and completion of Impaired Driver Care Management Program; DWI, charges not carried forward; unlawful possession of alcohol, charges not carried forward.
