Winter clothing needed in Mascenic area

A winter clothing drive is being held by The Greenville Lioness’ Club and the Souhegan Lions, serving the towns of Greenville, Mason, New Ipswich and Temple.

New or gently used coats, hats, scarves, mittens, gloves, blankets, boots, socks and snow pants for distribution to needy area children and families are being collected.

The following locations are drop-off points. In Greenville, Marcus P’s Diner and Sacred Heart Church; in Mason, the Mason Public Library; in New Ipswich, Nennies and Trustee’s; and in Temple, the Temple Library.

The items will be available for distribution/pickup on Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in conjunction with the annual Thanksgiving food basket distribution.
